Due to a server outage that occurred on November 3 (Mon), 2025, the “tile format” route map service for the “World Transit Maps” app was temporarily suspended while we reviewed the system design and conducted repair work. We are now expecting to gradually resume service of the tile formatted route maps, and we would like to inform you of the resumption schedule for each country and region.
Resumption schedule of tile formatted route map service (as of November 25, 2025)
- Japan: November 26 (Wed), 2025, approximately 10:00 AM (JST)
- Korea: Early December 2025 (planned)
- Taiwan: Mid-December 2025 (planned)
- Hong Kong: Late December 2025 (planned)
- Macau: Late December 2025 (planned)
Once service resumes, you can switch to the tile-style route map by tapping the “Layer” button in the upper right corner of the route map screen.
We will update the reopening schedule as the work progresses. Please note that the reopening date may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
